Born and raised in Kalkaska, Michigan, Mr. Wells attended Michigan State University, and earned a B.S. Degree in Business/Marketing, along with minors in Advertising and Management, in 1983 from Ferris State University in Big Rapids, Michigan. Mr. Wells earned his Juris Doctorate degree in 1986 from Stetson University College of Law in Pasadena, Florida.
A member of the Florida Bar for over 25 years, Mr. Wells has represented both insurers and insureds throughout his successful career. He now represents insureds in disputes with their windstorm and hurricane insurance claim disputes, among other cases. He has extensive experience successfully litigating insurance matters including hurricane, windstorm and other types of damage cases against major insurers. Devoting his energies toward helping people in Florida win their cases, hurricane lawyer Kim Wells is community oriented and a published writer.
